Blocks are often the challenges we stack around ourselves—boxes filled with past pain, disappointment, loss, and survival. We carry them from season to season, telling ourselves we’ll deal with them later, not realizing they’re what’s keeping us from moving forward.
If we truly want to step into the next season of life, we have to stop dragging old boxes into new rooms. What once helped you survive may now be restricting your growth. Hardships unhealed become weight. Unprocessed grief becomes a wall. And unresolved pain turns into a block.
God doesn’t call us forward while asking us to stay bound to yesterday. He invites us to clean out what no longer belongs—to forgive, to release, to heal, to trust Him with what hurt us. Only then can we move freely into what’s next.
Because the next season requires space.
And what you’re carrying may be the very thing blocking the door.
